Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been established between the parties specified below, within the framework of the stated terms and conditions.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if they confirm the order subject to the agreement, they will be obliged to pay the cost of the order and any additional fees such as shipping fees or taxes, if any, and that they have been informed about this matter in advance.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the meanings specified next to them.

BUYER: Real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The internet site belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERING PARTY: Real or legal person who requests a good or service through the internet site belonging to the SELLER,
PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement established between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Movable property subject to purchase and sale, and intangible goods such as software, sound, image, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. AGREEMENT SUBJECT PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION

7.1. Basic Features

The basic features of the goods, product, products or service; its type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number are published on the SELLER's website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, the basic features of the relevant product can be examined during the campaign period.

7.2. Prices

The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Information and Acceptance

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website and have given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

9.2. Delivery Time

Each product subject to the contract shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of a distance contract for the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to them or to the person or entity at the address they specify.

11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or explicit personal needs, products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and other goods and services specified in the applicable legislation. 12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on their credit card payment transactions, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank and will be liable to the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED BODIES

In consumer disputes arising from this agreement, applications may be made to authorized consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in accordance with the applicable legislation.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

When the BUYER makes the payment for their order placed through the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
